Terms of Service
Last updated October 24, 2026
These terms explain how ("we", "us") provides website monitoring and protection to you ("you", "the customer"). By signing up you agree to these terms.
1. Free trial
Every plan includes a 3-day free trial that starts when you sign up. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your chosen plan starts and bills automatically at the end of the trial.
2. Billing
Plans bill monthly in advance at the price shown on our pricing page when you sign up. Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments are set up as a Square subscription that renews monthly: you authorize us, through Square, to charge your saved payment method automatically each month until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current paid month. PayPal and Venmo are billed by a monthly invoice we send you.
3. No refunds
After your 3-day free trial ends, all payments are final. We do not give refunds or credits for any reason, including partial months, unused time, or plan downgrades. See our Refund Policy.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges. Your service continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
5. Permission to monitor
By signing up, you give us written permission to monitor, scan and test the website you list, and to take the safe actions included in your plan. You confirm that:
- You own the website, or you are authorized in writing by its owner to give this permission.
- You will only list websites you own or control.
- You will prove ownership by adding a code to your domain settings or uploading a file we provide before monitoring starts.
- You will tell us right away if you no longer own or control the website.
We will not monitor a website until ownership is verified. We may stop service if we believe you do not own or control a website you listed.
6. What we do and do not do
We watch your website from the outside and alert you to problems. With your connected key, we may take safe actions such as turning on a maintenance page or blocking attacking visitors. Big changes, such as rolling back your site, always need your approval. We never ask for your password.
7. No guarantee
No service can stop every attack or outage. We provide the service as is and do not promise that your website will never be hacked, go down, or lose data. Keep your own backups.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to scan, test or attack websites you do not own or control, or for anything illegal.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
