Feature
24/7 Security Team
On the Pro plan, real people take turns watching your site day and night, including weekends and holidays.
What they do
They look at every serious alert, check whether it is real, take the safe steps in your plan, and contact you.
How shifts work
The day is split into shifts. Each shift hands over notes to the next one so nothing is lost. See The Team.
What they never do
They never make big changes, such as rolling back your site, without your OK. They never ask for your password.
Included with a 3-day free trial. See plans or read the docs.
