On the Pro plan, real people watch your site around the clock. Here is how that works.

Shifts

The day is split into three 8-hour shifts. Each shift has a lead who checks every serious alert and a backup who can take over if two problems happen at once.

Handover

At the end of each shift, the team writes down what happened and what is still open. The next shift reads these notes before they start, so nothing gets dropped.

What happens during an alert

• The alert reaches the person on shift within seconds.
• They check whether it is real or a false alarm.
• They take the safe steps your plan allows.
• They text and email you with what they found and what they need from you.

Rules the team follows

• Never ask for your password.
• Never make big changes without your OK.
• Only work on sites whose owners have proved ownership and given permission.
