Do you need my password?

No. We never ask for your password. You connect a limited key that only allows what we need, and you can revoke it at any time.

How do I prove I own my site?

We give you a short code. Add it to your DNS as a TXT record, or upload the small verification file we give you to your site.

What do the plans cost?

Basic is $3 a month, Plus is $7 a month and Pro is $15 a month. Pro includes the 24/7 human security team.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. There are no refunds after the trial ends.

What do you watch?

Uptime, lock certificates, page changes, hacked site lists and attacks, around the clock, 24/7. Alerts reach you by email and text.

What happens when something goes wrong?

You get an alert right away. On Pro, a person on shift checks it, takes the safe steps your plan allows and tells you what they found.
